Kristi Ragsdale

Kristi Ragsdale brings over 20 years of executive leadership in residential behavioral health to Vivid Safe House. Having guided more than 1,000 teens and families through acute crises, Kristi specializes in the critical gap between "can't stay" and "nowhere safe to go." Her approach centers on immediate de-escalation and providing steady, compassionate support during emotionally volatile transitions. Her experience spans a wide range of high-acuity situations, including self-harm, running from supervision, and behavioral escalation. She helps families navigate their most desperate moments while determining sustainable next steps.
